You'll love our beach house for your family vacation. Comfortably sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, nice new kitchen, open concept living room/ dining room, large flat screen tv, expanded cable, internet, 3 outdoor decks to take advantage of that awesome ocean air, the second-floor deck has a wonderful ocean view, a fenced in backyard with a deck , grill and a propane cooker with a large pot for cooking lobsters and steamers, just a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, nice beachy decor, super clean, very well maintained beach house.
We are located on spectacular North Beach,a perfect location for your family vacation as North Beach offers serenity and seclusion away from the crowds yet just two miles away from popular Hampton Beach where visitors can enjoy all the attractions, bars, restaurants and free concerts at the Seashell stage.Stroll along the oceanfront or five minutes in the car, and you have all the fun of NH State Beach has to offer.

Refundable security deposit 500.00
Total $3863.50 US Dollars with the refundable security deposit.
We accept personal checks and bank certified checks. US funds.
We require half of the total ($1931.75) at booking and the other half (1931.75) is due 6 weeks before check-in.
The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out provided there is no damage and the house is left clean. Total you end up paying after security deposit return is $3,363.50 that is the weekly rate with the 8.5% NH room tax.
