 For the rest of 2020, our new cancellation policy is for any cancellation 24 hours or more prior to arrival, guests will receive a 100% refund. VRBO. does not have this built in option but I am putting it into writing for all our guests. This makes our policy no different than a typical hotel regarding cancellation.
 
Within just 2 miles of Disney, Windsor Hills is an beautiful, gated, condo resort community located in the heart of Florida's vacation capital! Disney, Sea World, and Universal are all within 15 minutes!
 
Our unit is an immaculate, 1400 square ft., three bedroom, two bath condominium in the popular Windsor Hills Resort. We are very close to ALL attractions. Your family will make wonderful lifetime memories in our beautiful luxury condo!
 
Our luxury condominium is professionally decorated with up to date electronics and mahogony style furniture! It also has our own private Wi-Fi, a new 50 inch LED living room TV, TV/DVD sets in every bedroom, and a kid's room with BUNKBEDS!
 
With our keyless entry system, our guests will go directly to the condo to check-in! You can access the condo at any hour with our electronic door code system. No need to stop by an off-site management office!
 
Credit cards are gladly accepted online through VRBO's secure payment system.
 
Clean fresh linens and towels are provided to every new guest. Our condominium includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There is also a full-size washer and dryer, central air and heat, an iron and ironing board, and telephone service.
 
There are shopping plazas nearby on HWY 192 which have many restaurants such as TGI Friday's, Red Lobster, Outback Steak House, Carrabba's and a Giordano's Italian restaurant. Subway, Dairy Queen, Walgreens, a medical care facility, supermarket, Publix, and a Target Superstore are also available for your needs.
