The LOCATION is by the finest beaches which are Boca Catalina, Catalina Cove
(which is the best snorkeling area on aruba) and the Arashi Beach has crystal clear water and white sand. Our house is located 1.5 miles away from the high-rise hotels which is the area with all the tourist attractions so we are in a calm location. One of the most popular diving locations which is the Antilla ship Wreck can be seen from the house our house is also about 1 mile away from the windsurfing, kite-surfing, and different kind of water sport area. Also the first Casinos are located about 1.5 miles away from the house.
The private 3rd floor residence is (170 m2 = 1.550 sq.ft.) it has a separate entry, a big kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms , huge terrace, fully furnished, air conditioning and a flat screen TV in every room.
