This is a very comfortable 1,450 square foot home w/ 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. There are two second floor bedrooms & one on the 1st floor. There is a wonderful wrap around porch for relaxing, enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail, reading,board games or just watching the deer. Kids will enjoy the big back yard for playing & ROASTING MARSHMALLOWS IN THE FIRE PIT! Just about everything is within a short walk or bike ride away. The area is quiet and safe - a perfect location for you and your family! Enjoy preparing meals for family and friends in the well stocked kitchen.
Awesome skiing, golf, biking & boating are right here! Harbor Point Golf course is within walking distance; Boyne Higlands' four award winning courses, Little Traverse Bay Golf Club, Chestnut Valley, True North and many more of the mid-west's best courses are just 10-15 minutes away! For skiers, Nubs Nob and Boyne ski resorts are just 10 minutes away. Ski all day and sleep in town to enjoy the local flavor, shopping & restaurants. Great restaurants include The New York, The Pier, Pointer Room, Turkeys, Pierson's, The Willow, and Bar Harbor, and more. Wonderful shopping is just steps away, yet you are on a quiet private street with little traffic.

INSTANT BOOKING: I only rent to adults (27 years old +) and do not allow parties in the house or have more than 6 people. Please do not use instant book as rates vary by length of stay and time of year. Cleaning fee is $200 and is the cost set by the cleaning service. The cleaning fee may be reduced or increased after you book based on the # of people and length of stay.

There is a premium added for July 4th, Regatta Week, Memorial Day and Labor Day, Christmas, New Years, and other holidays/special events. Off season I rent by the week, month, weekend, or day. The monthly rate is only offered for longer term off season rentals. Ski Season: I offer the full season at a very very good rate and I can explain this in more detail at your request.
