Reservations are confirmed upon the return of your 50% deposit (cash or certified cheque) and our \"Reservation Form\" that we will email to you for completion. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable.

No reservations to people under 25 years of age.
No pets allowed. No smoking in the cottage.
Check-In 3pm Sat. Check-Out 11:00am Sat.

The reservation deposit is applied to the cost of the cottage rental. The balance of the rental fee is due on or before the start of the rental week and is non-refundable.

A cheque in the amount of $400 is required as a security deposit prior to the start of the rental and will be applied in the result of any damage due to negligence or irresponsible behaviour/activities. We expect you to leave the cottage as clean and in the same condition you started with.
