Connected to a private beach oasis via a direct boardwalk, this 5,100-square-foot home features 10 spacious primary bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms featuring tiled showers, and is expertly designed to strike the ideal balance between private retreats and enlivened communal gatherings.

That duo-dynamic starts on the ground level, where a 14’x28’ sound front pool provides an inviting spot to soak in the sun while the sound’s iconic breezes serve as a natural fan. A tiki bar equipped with a Smart TV stands ready to quench your thirst and an eight-person hot tub is the ideal antidote to soothe well-used muscles after a day of wind- and kitesurfing. An outside gear closet provides ample space to store your paddleboards, kayaks, and beach stuff when you’re off on other Outer Banks adventures. When you are ready to put that gear into the water, one of the best uncrowded kite beaches is just steps away with easy access to launch and land kites and boards for some of the most exhilarating rides of your life. Three of the home’s bedrooms, including two primary kings and a kid-approved two-pyramid bunkroom, are located on the first level along with a theater room with 85" Smart TV! For those who start their morning with an invigorating workout, an exercise room featuring state-of-the art cardio equipment, Smart TV and large bay windows that fill the room with light and stirring views is conveniently located on this floor, too. Yoga enthusiasts might want to start the day on the deck, as a cool breeze blows off the sound. Just off the deck, a large game room inspires lively competition with a Smart TV, pool table, shuffleboard and arcade games. Relax in the media room, smartly furnished to enjoy streaming your favorite movies on a 85-inch Smart TV enhanced by surround sound while enjoying beverages from the built-in bar. Moving between levels is made all the easier thanks to an elevator. Five more primary king bedrooms are located on the second level as is a home office that allows you to work in a quiet space with a Smart TV and an inspired view. Those views are also readily available from the home’s front and back deck, where there is also a screened in porch.

On the third level, two more primary king bedrooms are ideal for those who like to be close to where family and friends gather for meals, multi-media entertainment and many more memorable moments. The gleaming chef’s kitchen features premium stainless appliances, including two refrigerators — perfect for feeding a hungry crowd. Two dining tables — one seating eight and the other 12, along with seating for four at the breakfast bar — accommodate 24 for those meals that extend well into the evening. This home is directly on the sound front. Take the walkway directly from the pool to the water with steps leading down to a sandy beach. Or continue down the walkway to the dock with private benches & pergola over the water. A private kayak launch on this home's private dock awaits you. Or, bring your own boat and park it at one of two private boat slips and make this a vacation like no other!

This property has a pool that can be heated for $600. When pool heat is purchased, heaters are set to 85 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is open April 1st - October 31st.

Dogs welcome with pet fee for each dog.
