Leeward Key units are a favorite of many guests staying in the Destin area and are highly sought after vacation rentals. This is one of the only Beach Condos in Destin properties with 2 pools, one on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive and one on the North side of Scenic Gulf Drive, behind the condos themselves. The view from this unit is arguably one of the best beach views in Destin.

Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

I had the pleasure of staying at Leeward Key 1002 last week. It was one of the best experiences ever. The decor is beautiful and the view amazing. The master bedroom is on the corner of the building and gives an extra special view. The proximity to the heated pool and beach made the stay so outstanding. I look forward to staying at LK1002 in the future. I can't think of any place I would feel so comfortable.

We loved our winter stay at Leeward Key, Unit 1002 for 7 days in February 2025. Arriving from Ohio, the units decor and artworks finnished in colors of ocean seagreen/blue, lifted our winter weary spirits from the moment we entered. The kitchen and baths were high end luxury, the household assessories were thoughtfully provided and complete, and the coastal furnishings exquisite. During our stay, the sunrise/sunset views from the balcony were magnificent. During the day sunshine warmed into the 70s, and we were able to lounge comfortably at their private poolside right on the beach. Definitely, will plan our next winter escape here!

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at Coconut Corner! The condo has one of the best views that I have ever seen! We felt so at home in the condo that we didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Quick relaxing reset

We had such a great time staying in Coconut Corner! The condo was gorgeous and Laura was responsive to any of our questions. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel! We loved taking our morning walks to Bad Ass Coffee and finishing our evenings on the balcony watching the sunset. This trip was the perfect getaway! We highly recommend Leeward Key 1002!

5-Star Getaway

First class all the way! We were pleasantly surprised by how gorgeous Coconut Corner is! We had the opportunity to stay in Leeward Key 1002 a couple of times prior to the renovation and were absolutely amazed when we walked through the door! Every inch of this condo has been renovated and upgraded. We have always been a fan of the Leeward Key building because of its amenities and centralized location, but the new upgrade took it to a whole new level! We will back!
