The space
Guest-loved condo in highly desirable location. Park-like setting and too many activities to list. The condo is lovingly outfitted with your everyday needs and will very comfortably accommodate 4 people with new high quality queen size mattresses. The 5th bed is a twin sofa bed in the living area, suitable for a child or small adult. We add everything needed for a great beach vacay as well!
We love our snowbirds and offer discount for longer stays and our second floor location ensures THE best views of the river and marshes with the pool just a few steps away. We are one of the very few condos with a truly private entrance and premium location.
Guest access
Our guests have access to 3 pools, tennis, fishing pier, trails, walking and biking paths, playground, well lit parking, car wash pad and all of the amenities of The Shores. Golf is also nearby at St. Augustine Shores Golf Club.
Other things to note
This is the PERFECT location for an extended stay with so many options of entertainment away from crowds. Just let us know if you need any special arrangements for your stay.

Beautiful respite whilst visiting St Augustine! Carlas eye for detail is evident from the picturesque porch decor, dining and living room lighting, and comfortable beds! We loved to sit on the porch and watch the wildlife!! Hope to visit again soon! 10/10
