The condo was just what we needed for our family vacation. We were so close to the beach and the view was amazing. The two twin beds bedroom was very small, but it worked fine for our teenage son. The building itself was very clean and well maintained and we never heard other guests in neighboring condos. We enjoyed our stay here!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Very convenient and nice area. Easy beach access! Did not have to purchase umbrellas or beach toys because there were some provided which was a little money saved for us. Will be booking again in the future.

Amazing vacation!

We all had a wonderful time staying at Waterpointe 1unit #306. You simply can’t beat the location, great layout with 3 bedrooms/ 2 full baths and fantastic full ocean views from both the living room and main bedroom, as well as the 16ft private balcony. Everything was very clean and well-appointed, including a full kitchen and laundry. The building is secure and can only be accessed by private code so you feel safe and secure. The indoor pool, separate jacuzzi, and outdoor pool with separate kiddie pool are ideal for families and kids. Two points of private access paths from the building to the beach with stations to clean the sand off feet and toys help keep things clean. Don’t hesitate to book this unit, you will absolutely love it!

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Waterpointe I. Location was quiet and the condo was beautiful. Condo had everything we needed for the week which made eating in nice. Overall, we were very happy with this place and definitely would stay there again.
