Built in the late 1800's, this charming Cape Cod Dutch Colonial is the perfect rental for large families and groups. The living room with its fireplace and antique player piano, TV den, dining room, large side porch and small front porch make up a comfortable space arrangement. 2 of the 7 bedrooms are on the first floor. It is only 100 yards to a sandy ocean beach, which has a great view of Martha's Vineyard. 1 mile to Ocean Queen Ferry dock. 1 1/2 miles to Falmouth Village. Owners apartment attached to main residence, but secured separate entrance. Parking for 4 mid size cars. Quiet one-way street. Note: 1) Linens are provided; however, renters must provide their own towels. 2)Roof deck shown in main picture is not accessible.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Cape Cod home. Perfect for a group or family. Plenty of bedrooms with a variety of sleeping arrangements (multiple singles, bunks, and doubles). Clean modern baths. A quick walk back and forth to the beach. Several sitting areas inside and out to either gather or enjoy a moment of quiet. New modern kitchen with large dining room. Great location. We'll be back.
