Adam was friendly and responsive when we asked questions prior to checkin. The house was great and exactly like the pictures. We stayed at the house for an extended period, having 2 1/2 bathrooms and nice size kitchen made our time in the home very comfortable. The location was great, close to nice restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a place to stay with my dog while visiting from out of state to care for a loved one on hospice in the area. The Airbnb house and beautiful surrounding neighborhood to walk my dog was an oasis for the fleeting breaks I had to shower and catch a few hours sleep. It was a very stressful time and I greatly appreciated Adom’s flexibility agreeing to amend my booking with an adjusted refund when I was no longer in need of the rental. I loved being able to have my dog with me. With family still in the area, I’ll definitely consider renting this Airbnb house again! Thank you

The home was large with good Wi-Fi. The home is in need of some repair but it was livable. Overall we were satisfied with the space but there was a musty smell especially in the downstairs bathroom and the home was not very clean as we had small children who’s feet turned black just from walking around on the first floor.

Adom is a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had minor trouble with the ice maker, and he answered right away. My checkout questions were also answered quickly. The woods in the back and deck are nice. Kitchen is nice with basic needs for stove top cooking, but you'll need to bring your own supplies for baking. They may still be stocking this location. A hairdryer has been added. HVAC vents could use cleaning and smelled a bit dusty/musty which was hard for my allergies but those without allergies will find this Airbnb a great value. Master BR is super spacious. Very close to Matthews and convenient for the south side of Charlotte. Thanks so much, Adom.
