This charming, spacious house has 3 bedrooms (though I try to only allow a max of 4 persons), 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, a welcoming open kitchen and dining room. Behind the house you will find the screened-in lanai with private heated pool, patio furniture and a gas grill, all with stunning views of the golf course. The house is quiet, located near the dead end in a gated community of the famous and beautiful Lely Resort.
The master suite offers a king-size bed, a large closet and direct access to the lanai. The large bathroom has two sinks, a shower and separate toilet. The other bedrooms have a queen-sized bed in one and two single beds in the other. The second bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a shower. The house comes fully equipped with 3 TVs, internet, telephone, bed linen, towels, beach towels, dishes, glasses, gas grill, patio furniture, washer and dryer, etc.
The house is only 2 miles from the Players Club, home of beautiful huge heated outdoor pools, tennis courts, gym, spa, sauna, restaurants, entertainment and much, much more! Why they chose this property
We were in Naples on business in 2012 and fell in love with the town. It is so relaxed here and the beaches are unbelievable. So we decided to maybe look into a place for us. From all the places we saw, this was the only one that appealed to us from the first look. It is spacious and bright, and the look onto the golf course reminds you that you are on vacation. We love the quiet and very well-kept neighborhood and enjoy the priviledges of the Player's Club. This was the perfect place for us. We hope it is for you as well.
What makes this property unique
The house is in a quiet, gated community, with little traffic and alot of peace. We offer the advantages of a membership to the Players Club. The house is spacious and well-designed, such that you can immediately feel at home upon entering. The best is sitting out in the lanai, enjoying a good book in the warm, Florida sun and watch the golfers go by.
