Nestled within the renowned Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, FL, and just 2 miles from Walt Disney World, our location boasts a stunning view of the Reedy Creek Lake conservation area. With no rear neighbors and privacy screens along the lower sides of the pool lanai, we offer additional privacy for your comfort. Crush’s Crash Pad WDW is crafted to provide your family with a unique space to create cherished memories or simply escape the chill and wind, featuring an incredible pool area complete with loungers and a spa for ultimate relaxation. Here, you can leave the world behind and retreat to a special place.
Welcome to Crush’s Crash Pad, featuring a beautiful living room with two couches and a full-size massage chair—a favorite among guests who often queue for their turn. The dining room boasts a marble table with seating for eight, alongside a desk equipped with a printer and guestbook, paper included.
Moving through to the back family room, you’ll find an open kitchen with a table for six. This area also features a second massage chair, a 55″ Roku TV complemented by an extensive Blu-ray and DVD collection, and two more couches. Adjacent to the family room is a laundry room, complete with a high-efficiency washer and dryer, where we provide complimentary laundry soap tabs and dryer sheets.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a full range of supplies: a Mickey Mouse crockpot, toaster, and waffle maker; a Ninja coffee maker and a Keurig with starter cups; a new set of dishes for 18 and silverware for 16; a Mickey cake pan; plastic bowls and storage containers; a new Copper Chef cookware set; an extensive collection of pots and pans; wine glasses for 12; everyday plastic dishes; children’s bowls and dishes; toddler cups and utensils; a Ninja blender; a hand mixer; and two safes located in the pantry closet for securing valuables.
Our pool area is equipped with handrails for the pool and spa, making it an ideal choice for those with mobility issues. This safety feature is one of the many thoughtful additions we’ve made. The patio is furnished with a table for six, two individual chairs, and a small lounger, 4 loungers with tables and a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. We provide a generous selection of bath and beach towels. Guests often enjoy the serene mornings watching the sunrise over the lake, sometimes catching sight of hot air balloons in the sky. Many find pleasure in playing games at the patio table or simply watching a family movie while the children splash in the pool.
The Six Bedrooms:
1) Beach Tranquility Room: Features a king-sized bed, a comfortable sitting chair, a closet, a spacious ensuite bathroom with a sunken bathtub, and a new rain shower. 2) The Marine Life Room features a king-size bed, a large dresser, and a chair from the Polynesian resort, complemented by an amazing lake view and a 45-inch smart TV.
3) Silver Screen Room: Features a king-size bed, closet, and dresser, along with a private ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. It also includes a 45-inch Smart TV.
4) Rapunzel room: twin over full bunk bed, dresser in closet, princess dresses and toys.
5) Crush’s Room: Features one twin bed and one full bed, a closet with a dresser, and children’s toys. Allow your kids to dive into an undersea adventure with Crush and his pals.
6) Disney Memories Room: Situated on the first floor, adjacent to the back family room, this room features a king-sized bed and a dresser. The bathroom is conveniently located just a short walk down the hallway.
Each king-sized bedroom features a 42″ Smart TV, and both special children’s themed rooms are equipped with a 32″ TV.
Our complimentary amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, a BBQ with three propane tanks, toilet paper, paper towels, 13-gallon and large trash bags, Tide laundry detergent, Dawn dish soap, Cascade dishwasher pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. We also provide free parking, waterpark access, high-speed internet, and a desk stocked with paper. The property boasts safety features such as a keyless entry system with a secure code for contactless access. A safety alarm is installed on the patio door to protect young children. The pool safety fence is newly replaced, and activating the pool alarm before stepping outside ensures your children’s safety. Instructional videos on usage are provided in the digital guidebook you receive upon booking.
Note: While the pool safety alarm on the back door may be bothersome, it is a strongly advised safety measure for Florida pool homes and has been instrumental in saving numerous children’s lives.
Disclaimer: The property is equipped with four external RING cameras for security: one at the door, another above the garage monitoring the driveway, and one on each side of the house overseeing the AC and pool heater units. These are installed to safeguard both homeowners and guests against theft. Rest assured, there is no surveillance of the pool area, and there are absolutely no cameras inside the residence.
We’ve discovered that it’s a 7-minute drive to Animal Kingdom, which is 2.2 miles away. Windsor Hills Resort is incredibly close to Disney parks. Taking the back route via Sherberth Road, the distance can vary from 2 to 9 miles, and sometimes we’ve reached Animal Kingdom in just 7 minutes.

Parking:
Overflow parking is available in the WH community lot with the prior approval of the owner. Should your group have a fourth vehicle, additional parking can be located around the clubhouse, near the condos, and behind the sports courts on Comrow Street. Please note, street parking is prohibited. As per Windsor Hills Resort regulations, there is a limit of three (3) vehicles per driveway. Vehicles must not block the sidewalk or be parked at an angle. Assistance cannot be provided for towed vehicles, and any parking infractions will result in charges to the registered credit card.

A return visit (foreseeing more in the future) For starters, we got so lucky when we saw that the exact dates of our July 2022 Disney trip matched up perfectly and we only had one month to go. We enjoyed a full family vacation the year before and knew that when the dates matched, we had to cancel the plans already made for staying "on site" to come back to this dream home. My two littles ADORE this house, so much so, that they were the first ones in the massage chairs and eager to hop into "their hot tub". Being avid Disney fans, we spend early mornings and long nights at the park. Knowing we have busy days, there is NOTHING more rewarding than coming back to "crash" at "Crush's Pad". The beds and comforters are so comfortable! The way the house is set up allows for a family to truly spread out and give each other space to do what they'd like (happy hour on the pool patio, watching TV from the pool at night, arcade family night, etc.). If we're lucky enough to make our way back down to Florida next summer, we will be most definitely try to come back to this home away from home.

Jim D ???????????????????? Above and Beyond Great Stay: Wow. WE love Windsor Hills and have stayed before, but this was hands down the nicest house we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the features inside were a nice touch, great kitchen tools and not flimsy, and just perfect for our trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive both before and while we were on the trip. My kids loved the theming and the walk to the spray park and castle park were very easy. Also loved it was the first street from the entrance. We were far enough away to not hear anything and close enough for ease to get in and out of the community. The last night we even saw fireworks from the hot tub. We have stayed in houses before, the water pressure here was great, AC was great, all TVs had access and incredible library of DVDs for the kids and games. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

Best Stay Ever A+++++++ This is our first stay at this house and will not be the last for sure. If I could give a 100+ star it will not be enough. We had the best stay and best service and communication with the host and management company. We I sent a message to ask about anything they replied within few minutes. There were so many kids stuff that helped with the stay. specially the high chair and the stairs gate. My daughters loved the bunk bed in the Rapunzel room. The pool was the best part for my kids. Everything about this house is amazing. Thank you so much for everything.

This villa was Amazing! This villa was amazing. Definitely a must rent. The pictures do not do it justice. The Crush pad has a Disney theme in every room - super cool. We were a group of 13 and we did not feel crowded at all. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, Keurig and coffee maker. A few starter k-cups to give you time to get to the grocery store. The massage chairs were a huge hit especially after a long day at the amusement parks

Rate Notes
Policies:-
Payment Schedule – $500 deposit due at the time of booking and the remainder due 45 days prior to arrival. Credit card only.
Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure. This is a credit card hold, no money is taken from your account. For extended stays it reauthorizes on day 5. But it does not take any money.
Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 100% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
If you are coming during hurricane season we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
Highly encourage travel insurance. This can be found on your book now invoice to add insurance at that time.
Notes:-
We love communicating with our guests. But we also know this is your vacation. We only communicate if you are OK with it. To ensure nothing is missed or lost in translation, we be via email or text. At time of booking, you will be required to read and sign a short-term rental agreement, provide a security deposit and provide a copy of a government issued ID for guest booking reservation.The rental agreement must be signed for booking to be complete.
Once check out is complete, no damage is confirmed and it appears all house rules and check out procedures have been adhered to, your security deposit hold will be released. Please note that this may take up to 7 business days.
Due to same day arrival and departures, regretfully, we are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. We ask that you do not interrupt the cleaning crew as this will only delay your check-in. The cleaning crew is not authorized to allow anyone access to the property. Should you arrive to town early, there is plenty to do and see! See our digital guidebook for ideas.
House Rules:-
NO parties or large gatherings.
We do not allow any smoking, vaping or smoking of pot.
We do not allow pets.
You have availability to the water park inside Windsor Hills, but you’ll need to go to the Windsor Hills clubhouse office to get wrist bands. You will only receive the number of bands that correlates to the number of people in the villa. BECAUSE so many people love the water park no outside visitors are allowed (which is the reason the wrists bands are required).
Please inspect all rooms immediately upon your arrival and inform the owner or Management Company anything that might be construed as damage.
Only three cars are allowed per driveway. There are extra spaces available at an over-flow parking lot nearby.
