Experience relaxation on your next beach vacation at this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 910 sq. ft. condo that is located directly on the beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Phoenix 1125 is located at the Phoenix 1 building on the White Sand Beaches of Orange Beach, Alabama. Located in the Gulf of Mexico. This 12th floor condo has been completely renovated and is fully upgraded with all the extras you could want on your beach vacation. As you enter the property you immediately see the inviting plank tile hardwood floors. To your immediate left is the guest bedroom with beach décor, a queen size bed along with a full bed, and a HDTV. This has its own bathroom with granite countertops, new fixtures, and tile shower.

As you continue into the unit you will find the galley kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. To the right is a chic dining area with seating for 4. Just past the dining area is the living area with sleeper sofa, coffee table, and access to private balcony.

The master suite has a king bed, HDTV, with private master bath with granite countertops. The master suite has its own private balcony access to view the beach.
