Condo had everything we needed! Golf cart was a must for trips to Baytown and Parlor Donuts! Would definitely stay here again.

The room was great with a view of the beach. The proximity to restaurants was also a plus. Beach was beautiful and the stay was much needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for good place on the beach.

Best year ever weather wise. Love Beachside I . Have stayed at Beachside I for 19 years. Don’t care to ever spend winters anywhere else. Have friends we see there every year. New pool area and beach access is the finest. Platinum folks are always helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful view, relaxing stay, and convenient location.

Walking through the door we were greeted with a stunning view of the gulf. The decor was very nice!
Only a few recommendations such as, the sofa needs updated, the living room tv needs to be replaced because the speaker rattles the piture was great though.
The bed was very comfortable, we both have bad backs but slept very well. The linnens were very soft and cozy as well as pillows. Would have been nice to have a screen on the balcony door. The balcony table and chairs set needs to have repaired rattan on a few areas.
Very clean! Absolutely stunning landscaping! The pool is a place you want to lay by, swim in and enjoy the cozy sitting area or grill area. The gates you have to go through with codes to get to the beach is a bit much when carrying items with you. The beach and gulf water is close and clean with nice chairs and umbrella set up for you each morning at addition cost.
The golf cart is great and easy to get around to local restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will Absolutely ?? % come back. Also great communication and that means so much!
