From the reservation through check-out, our stay in San Destin was nothing short of first class. The staff was accessible 24/7 and the condo was absolutely beautiful. We had access to a golf cart and all the amazing amenities the resort offers. Platinum services is the way to go.

The location was great. It was close to the beach. The pool was great. We loved the golf cart and the wharf. The The condo needed updating and some general repairs to be done. There was no broom in the condo and the kitchen supplies were not adequate. We had an incident with one of the cleaning people.
