The condo was described and well represented in the description and photographs. One thing that wasn't mentioned was the well-stocked beach item closet. From a couple beach chairs and an umbrella to sand buckets and toys for the kids to boogie boards, we didn't have to go buy any of that thanks to the inventory of items in the closet!

Beachside 2 Sandestin Condo Review

We have been staying at Beachside 1 and 2 for about 35 years. We have been in many different units. This unit has a great view and good floor plan but need some repairs and updates. It could be absolutely beautiful with a redo. A few issues we found a little irritating was that the volume of the tv in the living room could not be adjusted. We could not hear well and we tried multiple remotes to try to make this work. One remote would only turn on and off. The other one would let us change Chanels only. Strange. The ceiling has multiple places where the finish is hanging (just needs to be redone). It needs a new coffee pot and blender but we brought our own so did not use these. There were some dirty dishes and pots in the cabinets. One bar stool was missing a screw but we do not set in high chairs so it did not affect us. I will not get picky with a view like it has of the sunset. The view, ease of getting in and out of condo and to the beach, and Platinum rental company were great! Maybe the owners are unaware of these things and could go through it and make repairs.

The only bad thing that I can say is the bathrooms could be taken care of better. The rest of the condo was in great condition. The view was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves.
