Upon arrival our teens were in heaven. Amazing layout for them to have the whole upstairs to themselves. So much privacy.The hime was clean and tidy. I will say the first morning we woke in the home there was a cockroach on the kitchen counter and on the kitchen floor. It is also worth mentioning that all four beds had sand in won't deter us trying to book here next year and hopefully was an isolated incident. The golf cart was a HUGE plus. So fun. We are also really close to the pool. It truly was a hands down AMAZING place to stay. The only reason I am not giving the best rating is due to the sand in the beds. That's one thing we want to feel clean when we stay somewhere.

the condo was very nice n maintance service was great location was great golf cart a plus only issues we had was two of the king size beds was way to high up to get in bed for any adults to climb in a disappointment in that the cookware set needs to be replace they were all scratch up had a awesome time in destin

We typically rent condos that are beachfront, so we weren’t sure what we’d think about not being able to see the ocean from our room. Upon arrival we felt like we were driving up to our own beach home. When we walked inside we were greeted with soft jazz music playing throughout the house everything was bright, clean & we instantly felt relaxed. We enjoyed morning cups of coffee on the patio looking out at the pond and golf course, & a few dinners as well. We’ve never had a golf cart while at the beach - having this was an extra plus and made our trip even MORE enjoyable.
This has become our new favorite place to stay and will book it again!!!
