Description
Our Ithaca guesthouse is a lovely quaint home nestled in the woods with the sounds of wood thrush songs and cool breezes and whispering pines. On the Finger Lakes Trail hiking area. Refreshing, cool woodsy setting. Deck for relaxing and birding. 2 bedrooms, plus a pullout bed in living room. Very private, secluded, but with great neighbors. Easy to use fully-equipped modern kitchen and bath.

We accept most credit cards: or Check or money order: Payable to \'A Comfort Woods Guesthouse\" Payments are to be made in full except for weekly rentals booked over 2 months from your arrival date. For these weekly rentals you may book with a 50% deposit. The balance will be due within 6 weeks of your arrival date. When rentals are paid in full, this will include the $200 security deposit refundable after your stay. Whole House Rates: (all fees, taxes included) with 2 bathrooms 3 nights: $500
7 nights: $1200 Reduced Rates: Nov thru April: $400- 3nights-$760- 7 nights
Reduced rates for stays longer than 3 nights. Call for long term stays.
Cancellations (September-May): (less $50 Process Fee) Within 50 days of stay: 100% refund. Within 30 days of stay: 50% refund. Within 15 days of stay: 15% refund. Within 10 days of stay: 10% refund.
Cancellations (June-August): Cancellations of 60 days or more before the date of arrival will receive full refunds, less a $50.00 Processing Fee.
Cancellations of 59 days or less no refunds unless property is rented again. If property is re-rented, then payment will be refunded to canceling individual(s), less a $50 processing fee.
