There is Great Fishing at this location! You can bring your boat in for pick up and drop off or fish From The Dock Located Next to The Vaca Cut Waterway to the Atlantic Ocean!
This unit is unique in that it offers an elevator to the second and third floor from the ground/carport.
A fully equipped kitchen for the novice or gourmet cook that is open to the living room and balcony, complete with outdoor seating. A spiral staircase will access an outdoor lounge with a firepit and a grilling station. A panoramic view of Marathon awaits you in this private relaxing space.
1 king and 2 Queen spacious bedrooms feature their own private attached baths. Bedroom 3 has its own bath right off the bedroom.
On the second floor~ 1 king bedroom with attached bath with shower stall, separate jet tub, balcony, and another queen bedroom on the second floor. The washer and dryer is also located on the second floor. Third floor consists of Living/Dining Area, Balcony off of Living Room, with water views, The Kitchen, Queen Bedroom, and Bathroom with shower stall.
We have also included a private to your villa 6 person hot tub. And of course what the villas are famous for~ each villa has their own rooftop patio with amazing water views, and fabulous breezes off the Gulf of Mexico
We do not have a dedicated boat slip to this Villa, sorry. You can dock temporarily to get on and off, but you can not keep your boat at the dock; only trailer daily, but there is a ramp just around the corner. Marina across the road is available if you have a boat.
There is enough parking underneath the home for 2 cars.

Gail and I (Melissa) are property managers of 5 spectacular vacation homes in Marathon and Key Colony Beach. I vacationed in The Florida Keys 3 times, and fell in love. Location is Everything! Seaside Sandpiper is in the heart of the fabulous Florida Keys. Marathon Island has everything to offer from the best charter fishing to the best beach in the Keys right around the corner. Let's not forget 5-star dining and a great selection of Tiki Bars and local get-a-ways. Then you retire to your private resort home and wake up to breathtaking sunrises in almost every room in Seaside Sandpiper! This house is perfect for oceanfront weddings or events! We can make recommendations on wedding vendors.
Gail and Melissa also have four additional properties, Dolphin House and Orchid House are located in Key colony Beach. Mango House and Dolphin Villa 5 are located in Martahon.All of the properties have water access and also have stunning water views in their own unique ways.

What makes this property unique
This home offers the best in privacy, and open water ocean views that the fabulous Florida Keys have to offer. It is in walking distance to a 5-star beach, Sombrero Beach, and many great amenities such as grocery shopping, bike paths, post office, bars/restaurants, shopping and more just within a couple miles of this home. Book this property for your wedding and have your entire family and bridal party stay at the property with room for 30 people!
