Description
Located in the desirable guard gated resort community of Watersong with its spacious clubhouse, which offers a cyber cafe, fitness center and a large meeting room. There is also a resort community pool and hot tub, a children’s playground and a volleyball court.
The living room has comfy seats, a big flat-screen TV, and an Xbox for gaming. You’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and conservation area.
The kitchen is big, has stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked. There’s a formal dining area, a cozy breakfast corner, and barstools for casual dining. With four bedrooms, this home can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
The first master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, separate toilet, and double vanity.
The second master bedroom also has a king-size bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has direct access to the pool deck.
The third bedroom has a queen bed and a sofa bed, with a bathroom nearby. You can also access the pool deck from this bedroom.
The fourth bedroom is great for the younger ones, with two twin beds and a bathroom.
All bedrooms have large flat-screen TVs for entertainment.
Outside, find a large pool with a spa, reaching 7 feet deep. The pool area has a covered lanai with comfy seating to enjoy the view. Our home includes a spacious tiled games room with ping pong, foosball, and a pool table for hours of fun.
Watersong homes face conservation areas for a peaceful atmosphere. The driveway fits three cars for easy parking.
