Bring your water toys to enjoy the pond or nearby Susquehanna river or Parker Dam State Park beach area. Elk viewing is nearby in Benezette 39 miles but a gorgeous scenic drive.

The coy fish won't eat bate but they love fish food pellets. The basement has a bar area with second living room and additional fridge. The half bath in the basement sits next to the washer and dryer. The owners provide starter paper products and garbage bags as well as cleaning supplies and firewood. There are games and movies provided. 2 Smart TVs and free WIFI. AC in all bedrooms. There is one pack and play and one highchair. Paved driveway and updated outdoor furniture.
