I have lived on 30A since 2106 fulltime and before that I purchased and rented my home in 2000. After living in larger Cities and deciding it was time to enjoy the good life we are ablte to enjoy as well as peace of mind. I packed up and brought my family here. We live in Watercolor and also have owned in Seagrove.
More family has moved here and its been great having them so close! It's important to me that guests renting in our area have an amazing experience. From children making sand castles to learning to ride a bike in a safe place like ours. State parks and Coastal Dune Lakes just seem to bring the best out in people.
