Description
Studio, 1 Bath (Sleeps 4): Sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids all in the same room. Think of a standard sized motel room and add that to a full size kitchen including a washer/dryer, bathroom, plus a private balcony. In that motel size room, there is a queen size bed plus a pull out sofa bed.
Well-Maintained Units
If something is broken, damaged, missing or simply not the way it should be, we do our best to correct the problem immediately. Our family personally stays in our units and have out-of-town friends and relatives visiting often. We are available 24/7 and live in Gulf Shores. You will be provided with our cell phone numbers where you can contact us locally should you need anything at all.

Four swimming pools (1 heated) are available to choose from in addition to a kiddie pool for guests with small children.

Snack & Beverage Bar
Our Sugar Shack is open in the spring, summer and early fall (weather permitting) for our guests to grab a quick snack or beverage without going back up to your room or making a trip to the store

All prices include tax, cleaning fee, parking and processing. The Efficiency unit is the most economical vacation condo rental option on the island. This unit sleeps 2 children and 2 adults all in the same room. Repeat guests automatically quality for discounts upon their next visit.
There is a minimum $30 deposit required at the time reservations are made. The complete balance is due one month prior to check-in.
