7. Day visitors are not allowed to stop by. Only the listed names on the agreement are to be on the property
8. Late checkout fee of $50 per 15 minutes

From start to finish this was a great place to stay. One block from Flagler Avenue and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Our host was through and responsive. We had a great time and will definitely be back!!!

Exceptional! Perfect spot for 2 couples. Debbie was a great host: very responsive and friendly. Property is absolutely adorable, beautifully decorated and showed exactly like the listing. Excellent location, less than a block from Flagler Avenue where the action is (shops, bars and restaurants) and 5 min walk to beach. House was spotless, so homey & comfortable. We really appreciated the coffee, tea, teapot, soap, shampoo & conditioner, and use of beach chairs & umbrella. Kitchen was spotless and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outside space and spent time hanging out on the (very private) back deck patio set. Check in was a breeze and as we had flown in and had no car, we were extremely appreciative that Debbie was able/willing to allow us an early check in! Highly recommend Debbie’s place and would definitely stay there again! The Warners

Absolutely loved this house, it was exactly what we expected and more! Just like the pictures showed and so welcoming and clean. The owner was so helpful and sweet, answered all questions quickly and detailed. I really hope to make this a house we visit yearly! It was perfect for our family and needs!
