This architectural stunning home has a tree house feel due to it being nestled amongst some of the most beautiful palm trees & all on the second floor. All original wood floors & high vaulted ceilings add to the grand tree house feel. New comfortable leather couch bought to enjoy the 65" screen TV. Large kitchen w/ open floor plan. Walk up large stair case to a second floor home .

Short distance to beach, Glebe Park w/ playground & neighborhood with canals. North Village is .9 miles away. This home is all on the second floor above a one bedroom apt also an airbnb, completely separate from the upstairs. Guests must be respectful of other guests. Absolutely no parties... relaxing home and quiet neighborhood.

There is free private parking. It is very easy to get around to see all the sights.
Other things to note
If you need transportation or enjoy biking or kayaking ... I recommend Siesta Key Bike and Kayak. Additionally, available on the key is "Jonny's Free Ride"... it serves Siesta Key Beach, Siesta Village, Turtle Beach restaurants and accommodations.

“There is a very wide staircase leading up to the house. Please use the railing and stay on that side as there is an overhang that you could hit your head on. There is also a stairway going up to a loft which I ask you not to use because the stairway is not to code,”

Unit is in a beautiful neighborhood and is spacious, light and airy. Very comfortable. We loved the two outdoor decks, felt like we were in a tropical forest while sitting outside! Owner is accommodating, responsive and very friendly! We had a great stay.

I booked our stay a few months ago and then two weeks before our stay, there was an awful review and I was worried that the treehouse wouldn’t be what we were hoping for…but I shouldn’t have been because it was great! I loved hanging out on the back deck and my daughter spent a good deal of time watching tv on the comfy couch. The sheets were all clean, the temperature stayed around 75, and there were about 12 towels at least with additional wash cloths. There were beach chairs, noodles and just a general open and spacious beach vibe. I would definitely come back!

Barbara and her husband were so nice, they came and checked on us the first day. The place feels just like you’re in a treehouse! It’s private from the town, but just a few streets away. Will definitely be booking again!
