Description
Brand new 2 bedroom 1.5 bath fully furnished home with full kitchen, refrigerator, dish washer, stove & oven. Private washer & dryer. Both bedrooms each have a queen bed. Situated in a nice quiet, cozy neighborhood with access to a pond with gazebo. You also have access to the St. Johns river with private boat ramp. Not far from the Ocala National forest and just a short drive to St. Augustine beaches! Inquire prior to booking if bringing furry pets as pet $75 is paid separately.

◦ $75 per pet fee paid via seperate to owner at booking
◦ If you have a Service Dog ???????? please provide owner with Documentation sent to them as soon as booking is approved
◦ If you have service pet note he/she cannot be left alone in home as Service dog needs to be with owner
◦ If you wish to leave at home and is a service pet then $75 pet fee will be charge per the whole stay is just one fee

Note that sulfur water smell is due to natural well water and gases released that are perfectly harmless

Everything was great. Cleaning person was on site and was helpfully able to help us with parking at St Augustin amphitheaters parking. Great suggestion we used.????????????

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the peace and quiet of the area . When I needed to contact Deborah she responded quickly and was proactive. Would stay here again.
