This condo features a king bed and sleeper sofa to sleep 4, fully equipped kitchen, and a walk-in shower. Is close to restaurants, shopping and attractions. In season reservations are for weekly only, Saturday to Saturday mid May - mid August.

House Rules and Policies:
A $300 security deposit is required in advance and MUST be received within 7 days of making reservation. Deposit refunds are returned within 14 days after departure,Rent must be paid 30 days in advance or upon reservation if made less than 30 days ahead. No refunds for early departure.
Cancellation notice of 30 days for weekly rentals and 60 days for monthly rentals is required. If less notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited.

We vacationed at Unit 1102 during the month of February. This condo was wonderful...with an updated kitchen, all ceramic walk in shower, tile floors though out and fresh paint. The overall maintenance and cleanliness of the unit was great. We also enjoyed the full glass walls in the living room and bedroom, both with access to the balcony. The balcony furniture was awesome. The owners Dale and Darla were very professional and easy to work with....no surprises. This is the second year we stayed in the Long Beach complex. It is in a very convenient location, has great security and is a clean/well maintained condo complex. We hope we are able to stay here again. Thanks Dale and Darla

Thank you for sharing a piece of paradise with us! Condo has everything you need to enjoy long or short stays. Gorgeous ocean view from every room! Perfect for a couple or small family. Dale & Darla are very responsive & accommodating. I stay in PCB annually & would definitely book with them again! The heated pool & hot tub was on our end of the complex and we had it to ourselves during our stay! Thank you for hosting us.

Condo was beautiful, clean, and had with needed. The only suggestion is to update tv in bedroom to a model that can stream apps. Who needs tv though with that beautiful oceanfront view. Dale and his wife were extremely accommodating and answered each and every inquiries quickly. The two bedroom condo that they own next door is equally as desirable and we will definitely be returning to rent from these extraordinary owners. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us and saving our Anniversary trip.

My husband and I stayed in the 1 bedroom unit (1102) in June 2023. The unit was very clean, updated, and spacious for the 2 of us. The view of the ocean was spectacular from all areas of the unit. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, and enjoyed morning coffee, as well as other meals, while soaking in the ocean views. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meal, on nights we did not go out. The location was very convenient to the grocery store (Walmart) and other restaurants. The resort had nice pools and access to the beach was very convenient. There are 2 spacious elevators available, so it was not a hassle to get to and from the unit. The owners, Dale and Darla, were very responsive to our questions, and you can tell they truly want their guest to enjoy every moment of their stay. We would definitely recommend renting this unit.
