This roomy 1370 sq ft condo has the best floor plan on the beach. All rooms have floor to ceiling views of the gulf. Living room has a 42" TV, a new queen sleeper sofa and a double reclining loveseat. The dining room table seats 6 + the breakfast bar seats 4. The owners have taken out a kitchen wall, opening up the kitchen to the dining room and living room. The master bedroom has a brand new King bed and a door to the balcony and large walk-in closet. The master bath has double vanity with brand new ash cabinets and quartz countertops. The master bath shower has been remodeled to provide a handicap walk-in shower. The large guest suite has 2 new queen beds and the guest bath has a double vanity with new cabinets and countertop, a garden tub with shower and a walk in closet. My girlfriend and I got in contact with Dale about his room. He was the most courteous and kind gentleman I've ever spoken to over the phone. A true man of devotion to probably everything he does. The room from him was more than enough space and luxury. Beautiful Ocean View, Giant Patio deck overlooking the beach and coast. If you're wanting to stay in one of the nicest rooms available in PCB (I've stayed multiple places) - this is definitely a must. Also, Dale helped me out because the whole point of this beach trip was to propose to my girlfriend - which she said yes.

We stayed in 1103 and had the best time that we have ever had on the beach. The King size bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the shower was a tremendous plus and the soak tub came in handy with my wife's back. The views from the 11th floor were perfect, not so high that you couldn't see the marine life but high enough to take out any crowd noise. The nightly sunsets were the best that I have seen in a long time (trust me I only have a couple of hundred shots). The facilities were very well maintained and the pools and hot tubs were close. The kitchen was very well stocked and if we could have gotten the double recliner in our Rav4 we might have taken it home. Dale was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. If we get a chance to come back to the beach this is the place that we will come back to if at all possible.

We stayed in July of 2022. We loved it! They provided everything you might need in the condo. Everything was beautiful and very comfortable. The patio was big with a beautiful view. The owners were so nice and very easy to deal with. We will definitely stay again!

our stay was end of May 2022. The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking. Utensils that were needed were provided, there was plenty of hot water, the furniture is very comfortable we were able to spend time just sitting on the large balcony and enjoying the view and fun when we weren't on the beach. The 2 beach chairs are also provided with cost of rental - which is a plus
