Beach Retreat 107 is a beautifully updated, ground floor unit. Ground floor units offer ease of access to the beach and for our dog-friendly vacation travelers, ease of access to get your pup to the pet area.

1 Bedroom | 2 Bath | Accommodates 6 | Pet-Friendly

All of our properties require a Saturday-Saturday stay during Summer and other peak times of the year.

A note about supplies:
Beach Condos in Destin provides dish washing soap for your stay and an initial supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and 2 kitchen trash bags; enough to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following items for the remainder of your stay: toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, napkins, spices/condiments, coffee and coffee filters, laundry detergent, hairdryer, beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for an enjoyable vacation.

Resort guests enjoy the comforts of home boasting fully stocked units including a washer and dryer, with the added perks of a private beach and a beautiful, large, seasonally heated pool with attached jacuzzi.

$500 Advance and the Balance Paid 30 Days Prior to Arrival for Weekly Reservations
Cancellations Receive a Refund of All but $100 when cancelled at Least 60 Days Prior to Arrival
Guests must be over 25 or accompanied by parents or legal guardian for the duration of their stay
No Smoking in Condos.  
Pets must be either under 35# or accepted by the manager as some breeds are prohibited

Policies

We charge a $500- $1000 Advance (plus trip insurance if selected) at the time of booking with the remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are booking under 30 days prior to arrival, the total will be charged.  
 
Rental rates and bookings are not confirmed until they are reviewed and approved and the advance on the rental is paid. All units rented by Beach Condos In Destin generally require a Sat-Sat. We do require a Sat check in and a Saturday Check out. in most cases. Feel free to inquire for 3-4 night stays last minute(one week prior) or after The last Saturday in October/ before first Saturday in March.

Cancellation Policy 
All cancellations are subject to a $100 processing fee. Reservations must be canceled 60 days prior to arrival for daily or weekly reservations or the advance on the rental will be forfeited. Reservations of one month or longer will not receive a refund of the advance. Cancellations under 30 days prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of all rental funds Early departure or non arrival does not warrant refund of rent.  
 
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance but purchase is optional. Beach Condos In Destin is proud to offer our guests one of the best vacation rental protection policies in the industry. Rental Guardian Travel Protection can can cover you and your vacation investment if and when the unexpected happens.  
 
The policy costs 7% for the typical unexpected cancellation of the total cost of your trip. We recommend you purchase the insurance at the time of booking to ensure the best coverage but we can bind coverage until the balance is paid 30 days prior to arrival. We had an amazing time at our condo. It was easy to find, in walking distance to food, coffee, groceries and right across from the ocean! The condo was very clean, all the appliances worked well and it was quiet; occasionally I could hear the people above us. The street in between the condo and the beach was fairly busy, but traffic was slow and stopped to let us cross. The sand on the beach was so soft and the chairs were set up each morning. We didn’t find many shells or any crabs at night, which was fine. We brought our dog and saw many others with their dogs too. It’s a very friendly place. We can’t wait to go back!! (VRBO Review)

Another great week in a Beach Retreat property. We love these condos because they are so clean, well supplied, homey, convenient, and perfect beachfront view! Our little dog loves the property as well. The condos are so soundproof as well - no next door neighbor sounds or walking feet overhead.
