** Golf Cart included with minimal flat rate 69$ a day.
**Renting golf cart outside would be 150$ a day + tax
** Drive responsibly when using Golf Cart, Guests are responsible for any damages/liabilities, city policy violation including towing expense.
** Outdoor furnishing may appear different OR not present according to the weather.
** Guests to bring drinks if plan on using margarita bar
** Use grill responsibly to avoid any accidents.
** Please monitor kids/minors when using Pool, Hot Tub, Golf Cart Laundry Room and
