Patti is a wonderful host. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. You have everything you need to feel Right at home! Always a plus, the beds are very comfortable and the new bedspreads are amazingly soft!! Reach out to Patti and her husband anytime you plan a trip to the coast!

We had a great family vacation at Patrica’s condo! We were there for an entire week and it was such a relaxing time! She was a great host! Very friendly and very responsive! Condo was very clean and there is an amazing view of the ocean! We also have a small child so it was VERY convenient to be so close to the beach! There were days we would be up and down multiple times a day and being so close made it soooo nice! Also, very close to sea n suds which is one of our FAVORITE restaurants so we walked there alot! Overall, great stay!!! Would recommend this condo to anyone I know!

Would definitely stay here again. Short wknd getaway with 2 couples and 2 small kiddos. Perfect size condo. Great location right next to Sea N Suds and a short walk down to The Hangout. Complex does have a small pool which was great for the kids when they needed a change from the beach. Condo is on 1st floor, very close to stairs and elevator for easy access. Patricia was very responsive which I really appreciate. I’m so glad we were able to get an early check-in at noon for a small additional fee - totally worth it IMO. Overall definitely recommend

Our unit fit our needs perfectly: we had two adults and 4 grandchildren. The unit was clean and well organized. Supplies and accoutrements were as advertised as well. We would definitely recommend this unit.

we have stayed at this property for about 10 years now. Everything has always been great. This year was with the new owner/property manager. When we arrived, I had a couple questions, so I texted, and I received a response back very quickly! We will book again, the location is great, right on the beach and it's not crowded like some parts of the beach that have the huge high rise condo building.
