I loved this place and am already considering booking it for next year.

There are so many great things to say about our stay. It's amazing to sit on the balcony or the living room and have the most gorgeous views of the Gulf. The location is great with a very short walk to the beach. The building also has a really nice, clean swimming pool that is refreshing after the warm waters at the beach.
The condo was plenty big with two bathrooms. Lynn was also a great host. We had some issues with the air conditioning when she arrived. She got a repairman -- after 5pm on a Saturday night -- and they had it fixed within 3 hours. The cleaning in the kitchen area could have used some improvement. They left all the food from the previous tenants and we had to throw away their half eating stuff plus there was some splatters on the kitchen cupboards.
Overall however, I loved this place and am already considering booking it for next year.
