Lovingly decorated & landscaped with a sprawling 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home with 9 beds, 3 dens, 2 kitchens, screened patio, fireplace, fire pit, creekside hot tub & a dock on beautiful Horsepen Creek. Bring your small boat! Bikes, kayaks, fishing poles & golf cart available. Stop by our brewery & have a beer with us! We are thrilled to be able to share our dream home with you! Creekside Paradise is a sprawling & soulful family home with 4 king bedrooms & 1 bedroom with a bunk bed & queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas (full & queen), 3 dens, 2 kitchens, 3 full bathrooms, screened in back porch, gas remote control fireplace, laundry, dock for fishing & kayaking, creekside hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining, dock house / party room with tiki bar & bumper pool… I could go on & on. This is my dream home & I’m thrilled to be able to share it with you!

*Capacity is 16 max. 12 adults & the rest of the guests must be under the age of 15 - as per city ordinance - so no more than 12 people over the age of 15 allowed*

GOLF CART - 6 person gas golf cart with parking pass included with rental. Must be 25, sign a waiver, send proof of insurance & put down a $200 cash deposit - returned at checkout with no damages to the cart

KAYAKS - 2 kayaks available for a one time fee of $10 - fee is purely for liability purposes- must sign waiver

BIKES - 6 complimentary beach cruisers available

Small dogs under 30lbs that are well behaved, house trained & on flea meds are welcome - $125 pet fee. The yard is shared so dogs must be friendly & you must pick up after them in the yard. Larger hypoallergenic/ non shedding, well behaved dogs are considered- please inquire before booking

BYO small boat for a fee ($75/day) - check with me before booking to make sure there is space.

Pack n Play, high chair, beach towels, kids dinnerware, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, all of the cooking essentials, coffee, plenty of cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, linens provided. I want your vacation to be as relaxing as possible so I try to provide everything you need & then some. Just bring your personal items, food & drinks

Waterfront hot tub tucked away in private nook on the water with a cozy screened in porch with a bumper pool table. The hot tub is underneath my house (the house with the sunset mural on the side in the photos) is just behind Creekside Paradise. I also use the hot tub but I just ask that you close the gate when you are using it so that I know it’s occupied & you can have it all to yourself.

Check in is at 4 pm & checkout is at 10 AM sharp. SAME DAY BOOKINGS WILL POTENTIALLY HAVE A LATER CHECK IN TIME

Want less space & to save some money? I also am able to rent this home out as 2 separate units via a double locking interior door. Check out the Airbnb listings to get an idea of the layout, read reviews & decide what configuration works best for you. Of course you can rent out the entire 5 bedroom house as well & have the whole place to yourself.

Guests have access to the entire property except my house, my garage & 2 locked cleaning supply closets.

Other things to note
I grew up on Tybee & it has been my dream to be able to move back home & share my beautiful island with visitors. Creekside Paradise is my manifestation of this dream. As such this is a shared property - I live in the house in the back. You will definitely be seeing myself, my partner, our dogs & sometimes my personal guests. We are a fun loving, easy going couple so feel free to say hi! And please stop by my partner’s brewery down the street, Back River Brewery, and have a beer with us! Also, we like to travel so we may not always be available or on site, but we will have everything prepared for your trip.

I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE trip insurance as I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I am not responsible for personal / weather emergencies, such as hurricanes etc…

$75/ day docking fee for small motor boats. Check with me before booking to make sure there’s room at the dock.

Rates are very seasonal with peak season being June & July & low season being January & February. Please send an inquiry with your exact dates for a more precise estimate. 
 
I offer the home as either the entire 5 bedroom house (Creekside Paradise) or you can either rent it as the 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit (Creekside Oasis) or the 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit (Sunset Suites) all with a 2 night minimum. 8% GA state & Chatham County sales tax & a $125 pet fee (if applicable) will be added on to all totals. Please note that I do not offer refunds. I highly recommend trip insurance especially during hurricane season (anywhere from June - November). Please inquire about payment plans - let’s work together to get you the vacation you deserve!

We had a wonderful weekend here!! The home is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need (and even things you didn’t know you needed but appreciate!). Any time I reached out to Emily she responded immediately! Her guidebook was so helpful. Our large family ranging in age from 3 weeks to 60 years all enjoyed our stay! So much to do we needed more time! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!!

I booked this as a getaway for my family/extended family! It fit all 13 of us PERFECTLY (7 adults and 6 kids)!! So much space but not enough to be completely separated from each other which is what we wanted! Kids had the BEST time kayaking on the creek, fishing, golf cart rides around the island and the cool little hangout shed out back! Emily was the BEST host! Always giving recommendations and very responsive to any questions we had! It was SO relaxing an such a blast to be able to spend our 1st official AJ Family Vacay at this BEAUTIFUL AirBNB!!!
