LUXURY YACHT OPTION: 60′ Viking Cruiser, fully maintained, with professional captain and crew expertly knowledgeable in local waters. 4-hour (half day) or 8-hour (full day) charters available. You can charter during the day with water activities (snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, whale watching, chilling in the sun with music and drinks) or a sunset cruise.
Residences at Pedregal Information: Located on a private beach, you get to the resort by a private tunnel. This tunnel keeps the location exclusive, secluded, and easy access to make everything within walking distance of town, marina, harbor, and nighttime activities. About Theresa Houdek
My husband and I have 3 children. We purchased when it was just a tunnel leading to a dramatic stretch of oceanfront beach. Our last hotel family vacation was at the Hilton Waikoloa Village on the Big Island in Hawaii (we called it walk-a-lotta). We decided after that vacation that we had outgrown hotel vacations with our family. We were tired of paying for expensive restaurant meals that the kids hardly ate when the food arrived. They would just want to hang at the pool.
Now with our majordomo (butler) they prepare amazing meals, and the kids cannot wait for breakfast and lunch everyday. Have never seen them so excited about what they would be served each day. It really is a part of the experience and great family time to visit without all the distractions of a restaurant. The location and view of the residences are better than any restaurant and the food is delicious.
My husband worked for Horst Schulze, CEO of Ritz-Carlton for 15 years and knows luxury. After seeing the location and hearing Schulze’s vision of the resort, we just knew it was going to be an amazing resort.
