Description

Bring your kids to an underwater adventure with a Finding Nemo themed kid’s bedroom and ship bunk bed complete with a slide and underwater lighting and beach sounds.

Only 5 miles to Disney and 18 miles to Universal Studios! Parents and teens alike will enjoy a peaceful, tropical environment in the master and guest bedrooms. With 2 private patios and outdoor dining there is plenty of room to spread out. There is also a murphy bed in the living room to accommodate alternate sleeping arrangements.

We are happy to offer a newly renovated luxury interior with an open and fully furnished kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone.

With no stairs to climb (elevator) the floor plan is comfortable and open, suitable for all ages and abilities.

Both full bathrooms offer a tub and shower. The master suite has its own private bathroom while the second bathroom is fully accessible to the other bedrooms.

Younger guests will love falling asleep in an underwater environment with Nemo, Dory, and their friends. Complete with special lighting/sound effects, slide, characters to sleep with, and plenty of extra toys.

The master suite offers a king-sized bed with a walk-in closet. The master also offers a private bathroom with a garden tub and a private patio which connects to the living room patio.

The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and dedicated workspace.

All 3 bedrooms and living room offer a smart TV or Roku.

Guests will have access to the entire unit and resort amenities.

The unit offers an elevator and bell cart to assist with luggage (which can be found next to the elevator).

There will be a link sent for a required $300 security deposit (no money is withdrawn) upon checkout, just like at hotels, from a third-party vendor named ChargeAutomation. ChargeAutomation partners with Stripe for payment security and are PCI compliant. The hold will not take place until 24 hours before check-in. If no missing or damaged property is reported by the staff, the hold is automatically released 3 days after checkout.

Checkout time is 10:00 am and we apply a $25 late fee per 30 minutes that you are occupying the unit past 10:00 am.
