Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home located in the community of Sabal Harbour. Conveniently located near airports, shopping, entertainment, downtown Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, IMG Academy and more. Take a short drive to Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key Beach and enjoy the spectacular and endless sunsets on the Gulf of Mexico. Relax with family and friends at the heated community pool while the kids play at the new playground, floodlit tennis courts or basketball court.
The space
The palm tree themed open living area has tile floors, two comfortable sofas to enjoy the 55" HD TV for streaming or listen to your favorite station on the Bluetooth stereo. The extended lanai boasts a beautiful lake view to enjoy your morning tea or coffee and is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and a BBQ to grill your favorite meals.
The dining room has a glass and marble table that seats six. The kitchen is complete with a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and breakfast table that seats four. Plenty of room to store your groceries in the built-in pantry. The cabinets are full of pots, pans, cooking utensils, drinking glasses and dinnerware.
The lanai is also accessible from the master suite that has a king size bed, 42" TV with Roku, a wireless color inkjet printer for those last minute assignments and a remote control ceiling fan/light. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a walk-in shower, separate WC and a large walk-in closet.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage, as well as beach chairs, umbrella, golf clubs and tennis rackets all for your use.
Other things to note
Guests will not have access to the master bedroom closet.

The overall stay was good. I feel 5 stars is not merrited very often in any property. To show up and not have lights working above in the master bedroom was not acceptable. We also encountered a fire alarm churping that I had to disconnecct. If a place is not inspected by a host, this is what you find. The place had many extras to make up for those two issues. I think this stay was 4 stars all around. The community pool absolutely stole the show and even though a neighbor said no to my kids Bass fishing the catches were a plenty. I would reccomend this place to a friend for a lower cost rental in the specific area as other properties offered more and seemed more luxurious. We did enjoy our stay overall. 4 stars :)

Wonderful hosts who are very friendly and quick to respond. Their home was immaculately clean and well stocked. The decor was all matching and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the screened lanai a great place to enjoy the water view and ducks, birds & squirrel.
Sabal Harbor is close to shops, restaurants, and a short 10 min ride to Lakewood Ranch.

Lovely home, very private in a friendly neighborhood. Home was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and nice towels. Beach towels and chairs also available. Nice outside lanai for relaxing.
