Just minutes to Anna Maria, this spectacular property boasts a 4 bedroom main house and separate, 2 bedroom Casita (guest house), fully equipped with its own kitchen, full bath and washer/dryer. Enjoy paradise on the fully screened patio oasis as you comfortably dine, lounge or swim in the heated pool. Be sure to walk a few short steps to the boat basin to visit our resident manatees, and then every evening to gaze at the breathtaking beauty as the sun sets over Anna Maria Island!
The space
The home is bright, airy and boasts the feeling of the ocean throughout. The main house's large, modern kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and both kitchens contain a microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, side by side refrigerator, cookware and dishes/tableware. In the mornings, you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast at the breakfast bar and in the evenings, treat yourself to fine dining in the beach themed dining room or go outside and have a poolside barbeque as you use the brand new grill and comfortable patio tables and chairs. You can stream your favorite shows on the large smart tv's or play some ball in the large fenced in yard. Finish off your tropical paradise days making memories and toasting marshmallows around the firepit with your family and friends.
The Casita (guest house) is just behind the main house, with its own entrance and floor to ceiling views of the pool/patio area. It is self-contained and fully equipped with its own kitchen, appliances, washer/dryer, full bath, living room and dining table. The master bedroom has a king size bed and large closet and the second bedroom has full size bunkbeds with a single trundle bed underneath.
Guest access
Guests may park up to four cars in the driveway and an additional vehicle in the one car garage. The larger garage and two small closets in the main house may not be accessed by Guests.
Other things to note
A noise monitoring device is installed in the pool/spa area. Guest(s) may be notified when noise levels are above the Manatee County noise ordinance.

It was a wonderful property and we were not ready to leave. I HIGHLY recommend this property and we would definitely stay there again. The backyard was peaceful, beautiful and the cage around the pool made it 100x better than we could have ever imagined (no flies, mosquitos or wildlife to bother us). The house was incredibly spacious - especially the kitchen that opened into a large living area where all 14 of us felt comfortable to hang out and relax in the evenings. The functioning garage door was also incredibly convenient. We could unload all our beach gear into the garage without tracking a bunch of sand into the house. If you do book, just be aware that heating the spa costs extra (it wasn't posted on the listing or even noted on the pool/house rules.) We accidentally heated it the first night without permission and they graciously didn't charge us for that. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond when we had any questions or issues.

The house was very spacious and clean with a great pool. Small park nearby was beautiful for manatee watching. Bedroom issue was the two bunkbeds are safe but very squeaky which kept people awake. Worth renting.

We needed a place with 6 comfortable bedrooms, and at least three bathrooms, and this was it! Wonderful kitchen and sitting areas, excellent outdoor spaces -- pool, hot tub, fire pit, screened pool area. Perfect for our group of 9 to hang out, inside and out. Very convenient location, excellent and peaceful strolling nearby along Palma Sola Bay.. Plenty of room for automobiles. Kimberly and Jeff were very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. We would go back there in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the park to see manatees. Wonderful pool. Short drive to Anna Maria Island. 100% recommend.
