Policies
Additional Rules:
For the Safety of our guests and residents in our community, our guests are required tocomplete an ID verification upon booking. Min age to book is 21 and strictly enforced.
The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Early Check-in and Late Check-out – Standard Check-in time is 4 PM – until you arrive. For your convenience, we offer self-check-in via smart locks. Standard Check-out time is 11am on your check-out date. We do offer early check-in for $20 per hour with prior notice. Late checkouts are available with prior notice when available.
Guests still in the unit beyond the approved check-out time will be charged $30 per 1/2 hour. Late checkout and early check-ins are not always available as our cleaning team needs to ensure there is enough time to clean the unit thoroughly between stays according to our Covid cleaning standards. Your safety is our first concern. Guest Check-out - Leave all sheets on the floor and towels in the bathtub or shower.
Place all used dishes in the dishwasher. Place the parking pass on the wine tray on the counter and snap a picture. Failure to return the parking pass will result in a $250 fine to replace it.
If you used the key fob for the front gate, place it back in the lockbox on the front gate. Please make sure you lock the front door by hitting the lock button, close the patio door.
No Parties/Events/Social Gatherings – Parties, events, music videos, photoshoots or social gatherings are NOT allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in the cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Violation of this policy will result in a $300+ fine. Damage- In case of damage or missing item in the property, there will be a fine of $150.
Occupancy – To reserve, all guests must be registered on the Airbnb App, and added to the registration. Only booked guests on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. Visitors of no more than 6 people are allowed duringvisiting hours of 9AM-9PM. You are responsible for your visiting guest at all times. At no time should your visiting guest be loitering the hallways, the gym, the parking lot or anyarea of the property without you the responsible guest. You must request permission foradditional overnight guests beyond what's stated on your booking. Each additional guest not allowed will be charged $60. And you will be at risk for cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Extended guests will need to be approved with a background check, approved, and added to the list if approved.
No excessive noise – Please respect all of the neighbors by honoring the quiet time hours of 9PM–8AM. This means to keep the music, TVs, any electric devices, and voices must be kept to a respectable level.
No Smoking – NO Smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 fine. Smoking causes additional cleaning of the unit that is in excess of the normal cleaning fee. Any guest smoking will be charged a $300+ fine for violation of this policy, with no exceptions.
Security – Safety for our guests is our main concern. We have cameras on the outside of the unit above the door.The security camera is capturing video and sound 24 hours a day for the safety of our guests and the safety of our unit. For your privacy, there are no cameras on the inside of the unit. Tampering with or disconnecting the camera will result in a cancelation of your reservation without a refund.
Mail – At no time under any circumstances are you permitted to send or receive mail to the unit address. If you have an extended stay withus, please utilize a PO Box at the nearby post office or a local UPS location. We have the right to charge guests who are in violation of any of the house rules.
Garbage Valet
Trash Rules: A trash container will be provided and must be used in conjunction with thevalet service. Please note that the valet trash team is unable to make second attempts to pick up trash. Monday- Thursday: containers with bagged trash should be placed outside the front door between 6:00PM and 8:00PM and trash pick-up begins at 8:00PM. On Sundays: containers with bagged trash should be placed outside the front door between 6:00PM and 8:00PM and trash pick-up begins at 8:00PM. There is no trash pick-up on Fridays, Saturdays, and national holidays. Please utilize the compact for your convenience. Do not place any trash and/ or trash bags directly on the ground. No trash will be collected without the use of the container. No loose trash will be collected. Liquids, broken glass, or needles will not be permitted. Any additional trash that will not fit into provided container must be taken to the trash compactor. All boxes must be broken down and flattened. After collection, containers must be brought inside by 9:00AM the following morning. Per a new citywide mandate, this rule will be strongly enforced by the Management Team and the Fire Marshall. Any violations to this rule will result in a $25 trash violation charge and resident may be subject to fines from the city as well.
Parking There are no assigned parking spots. You can park in any free spot within the community. You have one spot for yourself during your stay. No parking permit is needed. Your guest may park in the lot for up to 48 hours only.
