This classic beach house is the perfect place to unpack all your stresses of life and just relax. You will not need to drive anywhere. Everything is within walking distance of the house. The beach is a short 2-block walk, the town is 1/2 block, City park is 6 blocks. Bike down the bike path to the State Park. And when you are done you can lounge in a great enclosed patio where you can gather and BBQ, eat outside, relax in the shade or in the sun on the front deck. This complex has 2 homes on it. Your home is the first home on the property and there is a path that leads past the house and the deck to the second home. So you may meet new friends during your stay.

This family-friendly home is set up with a kid's bunk room with 2 twin bunks at the opposite side of the upstairs where the giggles and laughter can go on all night without disturbing the grown-ups in the upstairs Queen bedroom. Upstairs you will also find a full bath with a shower. Downstairs is another Queen bedroom and full bath with shower.
The living space is bright with natural light pouring in from the large windows. Enjoy having everyone together while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen and large picnic-style table with seating for 8. Perfect for game nights and puzzles with the family.
The beach is a short 2-block walk, the town is 1/2 block, and the Manzanita City park with Tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, and kids play structure is just 6 blocks away. Bike down the bike path all the way to the State Park where you can see the Osprey flying around the bay.
And when you are done you can lounge in a great enclosed patio where you can gather and BBQ, eat outside, and relax in the shade. This incredible outdoor lounge even has a pass-through window to the Kitchen for ease when eating outside. Sun yourself on the wind-protected front deck when the wind picks up on the beach.
This vacation rental is close to the local pub that plays live music most Saturday nights in the summer. So you will either enjoy a free show and let the kids stay up late or have an easy walk back from a night out. Music can play til Midnight but doors close at 10 pm for noise purposes. If you are not wanting to enjoy the free concert we suggest packing earplugs for those nights.
This vacation rental can be rented together with Hummingbird Cottage as Sanctuary in the Shire for larger family groups.
(All bookings require a $1500 refundable security deposit or the purchase of damage protection for $70 that covers you up to $3000 in accidental damage.)
