It's a luxury retreat setting that offers privacy, tranquility, nature and all the amenities you could ever need for a longer term stay fully furnished!
Lots of windows facing the west for the natural lighting with spectacular views of the sunset!
All new upgraded stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with gas stove, oven and warming drawer.
2 large screen tv's upstairs and down with surround sound.
The home has 2 large master bedrooms with large walk in closets. Upstairs master has private bath with 2 separate upstairs bedrooms with a shared bath. Downstairs bedroom has a shared full bathroom. Each bedroom comes with a tv also. Hardwood flooring upstairs with carpeting in bedrooms.
Office space with computer and printer upstairs, with downstairs bedroom having an office desk as well, with an electric fireplace located in bedroom.
The downstairs has a bar with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a large granite top island to stand or sit at!
Downstairs includes a gas fireplace with separate electric fireplace on opposite side of room, oversized couch and ping pong table with bar table and chairs!
Security cameras, alarm system and monitoring throughout the house. Wireless doorbell with keypad entry to front door.
Attached garage for 3 cars.
There is an outdoor gas fireplace and furniture with hot tub. Outdoor grill on upstairs deck as well as patio furniture and large patio umbrella. Electric bills are minimal with the installation of solar panels.
We do live onsite currently. We will be vacating once the property is rented.
