Description

Photos of outside home were taken 2/20/23 after hurricane Ian. No flooding at all. Newly remodeled and new hot tub in this spacious Matlacha 3/2 vacation home. Can sleep 8-10 w/ additional pullouts & futon. Lots of parking for boat trailer and cars.Tie your boat/jet skies to the dock & boat lift 6klb. XLG lot for trailer/camper. 10 min walk to main drag. Grill, bicycles, and 2 fishing poles.

The space
Spacious, very clean open floor plan. 3/2 plus enclosed lania to be used as additional sleeping area or fun room with Pac- Man and TV. New mattresses on all beds and sofa pullouts. Master King sz bed w/bathroom. Coastal room with queen bed, Black &White room with wall fireplace. Additional sleeping on pullout couchs and Futon. Sleep in Lanai that overlooks water and has a brand new futon in it with an A/C and Pac Man. Outside seating perfect for manatee sighting, Mimosas, BBQ, and cooking up your fresh catch. 100 ft of seawall with 20 ft of dock. I have had 34’ sailboats as visitors and multiple boats tied up to the dock and boat lift. Your boat, jet ski's, kayaks, are welcome here. ( message me if you are going to bring your boat so we can discuss the docking possibilities) The price includes one boat and one trailer. Small Additional charge for multiple boats and more than 1 trailers. 2 Fishing poles provided for fishing off your own dock or fish off the bridge about 1 mile away.
3Smart TV’s w/ free Sling TV and local channels. Xfinity Fast Internet, Grill, Hypo allergenic pillows all with pillow covers and all beds are brand new with mattress protectors. Designated Bait refrigerator in garage. Fully equipped kitchen, everything you need to make a Holiday meal. Complimentary coffee Keurig and Margaritaville drink maker. Brand new hot water heater, AC, Washer & Dryer, beds, furniture, kitchenware, towels. I strive to keep property clean and pristine. Oversized Connect 4 game fun for everyone, Kids will love to make hot dogs with the Nostalgic hotdog roller. I supply initial shampoo, soap, toilet paper, bug spray, sunscreen, coffee. For longer stays you will have to make a trip to the grocery store a couple miles a way. Bikes in the garage for your use.

1 small dog  allowed with advance notice. Pet charge $95.00 Must stay off furniture and beds. We will provide a pet blanket for your pup but if dog hair is found on the furniture, beds, or blankets there will be an additional fee charged and/or deducted from your security deposit. Also, please clean grill after use. Failure to clean the grill acceptable for next user will result in a $25.00 fee and be deducted from your security deposit. These rules and fees are firm and necessary to help maintain quality control and cleanliness.

The house is beautiful. The hostess paid special attention to details and there was nothing she did not think of. The water was perfect for swimming and we rented a kayak and fished all weekend. We caught snapper, jacks, catfish and saw lots of sheepshead right off the dock!! The beds are extremely comfortable, the attention to detail in the home is so warm and welcoming. Best vacation in YEARS. Will be back. I highly, highly recommend it. We were 4 adults and 4 children (teenagers and teenagers). Plenty of room, pillows and blankets for all of us.

Absolutely gorgeous rental with comfortable beds. We did a lot of exploring for one of our 2 days but it was nice coming home and playing games and the Ms Pac-Man machine was awesome. Loved the canal view. Didn’t get to see manatees as it was unseasonably warm but beautiful all the same. It was nice and peaceful to sit and sip coffee and watch the fish jumping in the morning. Would definitely recommend.
