The pool deck is the ultimate gathering spot complete with plenty of seating options, a fire pit, BBQ grill, and twinkle lighting to light up this space at night. Whether you’re grilling out during the day, or having a sip of wine while cooling off in the pool, this space will be a family-favorite for sure! Looking to enjoy a beach day? No problem! A complimentary golf cart is provided for your stay and the beach is just a short ride away from the home. * Furniture / decor at the home and nearby developments are always changing. The photos may vary from how the house is presently staged. The lighting and color of the pool is for marketing purposes only.
* Student/college groups are not permitted. Due to restrictions by HOA, insurance and or local ordinances, we are unable to rent to guests under the age of 25. ID's will be checked by security staff and they have the right to refuse entry as well as evict guests found to be underage. For every 4 under aged guests, they must be accompanied by 1 parent at all times.
* A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.
* An additional waiver to drive the golf cart is required in addition to our guest rental agreement
