Equipped with three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and space for ten, Summer Place 403 is ideal for all types of beach vacations. With free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer, soon you will be feeling right at home at the beach. The master bathroom even has its own en-suite bathroom outfitted with a dual vanity and handicap accessible walk-in shower. Not to mention, both guest rooms have their own private bathroom as well. Soak up the view from your oversized balcony, accessible from the living room and master bedroom. Since this condo is on the fourth floor, the sugar-white sand beaches and community pools are right in your sightline. And it won’t be long until the sound of the waves lures you down to the shore, either!
Since our condo at Summer Place in Fort Walton Beach is directly on the beach, you can easily spend your days strolling along the sand, enjoying the fresh sea breeze. There’s no better way to start your day than with a morning walk down the beach! Our wide beaches are the most beautiful you'll find with sugar white sand and views forever. We pay for beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrellas) to be reserved for you for each day of your stay so no need to get up and go out to the beach early to snag chairs. Just give the beach attendant your unit number at the beginning of your stay and your chairs will be waiting for you!
Summer Place has 2 large, beachfront pools as well as a hot tub. We also have the only beachfront grilling and picnic area on the island.

My husband and I first visited Okaloosa Island in the fall of 2020 with friends and we immediately fell in love with the Summer Place Condo's! We were amazed by the beautiful white sandy beaches, clear blue waters and stunning sunsets. We live in Wyoming but look forward to spending as much time as possible in Florida (especially during the cold Wyoming winters!) We hope you enjoy your stay at our Condo, and we hope you love it as much as we do!
Why Dave & Traci Maxner chose Okaloosa Island
Summer Place is a smaller building with only 54 units so the beach behind the condo is never crowded. The condo unit is very spacious and clean with plenty of room for friends and family. The pool area is family friendly, and the beach is very inviting.
