For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The condo is in a prime location, just a few steps from the beach. The condo is set up beautifully. The pool and hot tub are definitely a bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip! First time using airbnb and Patricia walked me through the whole process with patience and kindness. Had an issue getting the sofa bed out one night and she immediately sent maintenance to get it fixed. No other problems and fantastic location. My kids wanted to move in :)

This was the first year we have been able to take a vacation in October (too busy with kids normally). The location and the place was perfect! It is literally right on the beach and a short driving distance to anything you could possibly need or want. The only thing to keep in mind is a lot of these places are up on stilts. So even if you think you are first floor, you still have stairs to climb. This wasn't a problem for us but depending upon your situation it could be. This was truly a perfect getaway!
