One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We stayed in the winter and this condo was super quiet even on a friday night. Ocean view from the balcony, great beach access, and a spacious kitchen. Just stayed for one night, but loved the beach and the town.

We enjoyed our week end stay, however the condo was smaller than I imagined. That’s probably my fault for not reading or seeing the condo dimensions. Host was great and super friendly. We did have a hiccup w parking. We had to pay $25 for one night instead of two. Security was no where to be found to ask about parking pass so we had to park off sight and walk to the condo the first night. Great beach access!
