**In order to provide a safe environment prior to every guest arrival date, our house keepers have been re-trained to deep-clean the villa including all "touch areas". Hot-spots such as light switches, remote controls, door handles & even cloth closet hangers receive extra attention. Anti viral & bacteria approved products are used for pre-arrival and throughout your vacation.**

Casa Contessa is full of custom features including designer hacienda style furniture, oils, water colors, antique hacienda tapestries & other fine art work throughout the villa. From the moment you arrive you quickly understand the choice you made was spot-on. Your entry is greated by a gentle waterfall that lands softly into the entry pool that lies under the stone walkway leading to the villa front door. It doesn't end there...once inside, hand placed stone designs are inlayed into the floor as you look over the living room and custom kitchen. David & Dianne Stephens..We met while attending college and competing in Track & Field for Cal State Northridge. David competed in the Javelin Throw and High Jump and Dianne ran the 10,000 Meters. They both graduated in 1986 and in 1987 moved to Knoxville Tennessee where Dianne earned her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and David coached and trained UT High Jumpers and Javelin Throwers. Dianne is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer...let us know if you want to take a small group to Cabo for a 'Top Shelf' fitness vacation. David continued his Track & Field career and competed for the New York Athletic Club internationally from 1987 through 1996 making several USA teams including 1988 and 1996 Olympic Teams. David, Dianne and their 5 children now reside in Northern Virginia where David is the Chief Sales Officer of BYOS, Inc. and Dianne runs their vacation rental business.

Casa Contessa is a professionally designed and built villa with guest privacy in mind with all 5 bedrooms on one level.  Duel masters suites are on opposite sides of the villa with no connected bedrooms.  Both masters offer walk-in closets, hand-hammered copper tubs, Smart TV's w/USA Dish Network & AppleTV.  All guest suites have individually dedicated A/C & bathrooms w/private custom showers.  Casa Contessa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with no connected neighboring homes on the West, North, and South sides of the property.  Contessa's close proximity to the Esperanza Resort and walk-to amenities including restaurants, our beach-club & gym, groomed walking trail, 1/2 court basketball hoop, tennis courts & new pickle ball courts.

Where you stay on your vacation is as important as where you go. If Cabo San Lucas is where you choose to vacation, you can't find a better place to stay anywhere in Cabo. This Villa is top of the line in every respect. It is set in a garden paradise with spectacular views of the ocean. To give you a reference... if it were a car it would be a Rolls Royce.

From the moment we arrived at the property it was everything we had hoped for. The outdoor living area was spectacular. Infinity pool, swim up bar, plenty of lounge chairs. The interior of the hose was just as great. The owners were very easy to deal with and always available to answer any questions. They were even so nice to have flowers and a cake delivered to the house for my wifes birthday. Top Notch!

Our family could not believe our eyes when we arrived to Casa Contessa. This villa is very custom from head to toe. We loved the fire pit and enjoyed a few too many bottles of wine while doing so. Great trip, the best!

Our group of 4 couples really enjoyed our stay at Casa Contessa! The home is lovely with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about anything you could need. I would highly recommend using the Esperanza spa! It’s one of the best I’ve been to. Also, the pool at the beach club was great for sitting by the pool and ordering lunch. Their sushi was amazing! I would definitely recommend Casa Contessa to anyone traveling to Cabo! The owners were a pleasure to work with and checked in on us to make sure everything was going ok.

This is a gorgeous home with a fantastic location. The photos on the listing simply do not do justice to the real beauty and impeccable quality of everything Casa Contessa delivered. Our family agreed that this was our most favorite vacation and we plan to return again this summer. Dianne (the owner) was so nice and helpful and her staff on-site are very professional and attentive. We can’t wait until June to arrive as we are planning to stay in her larger villa Casa Stephens located directly across the street.
