Our custom built house is perfect for a group of guests wanting to experience Chicago to its fullest. The home is a brand new modern masterpiece located in the heart of Old Town and central to all the attractions the city has to offer. Our home has 6 levels, ample sleeping space and impressive amenities to give guests a 5 star experience
You will have complete and private access to the house. Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10 am as the property is so large that cleaners need plenty of time to prepare for your arrival.
You are welcome to drop off luggage and enjoy the city while we prepare the house for you.
Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. The presence of more than 12 guests is prohibited. A guest is anyone at the property, staying the night, or just visiting. Minors need to have a responsible adult present. We will need to check in your entire group together and copy your IDs.
Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are not allowed.
