Description
Come share our home with an electric heated private saltwater pool and spa in Lovely Cape Coral. Our home has a lot of upgrades and is perfect for a private quiet place to sit by the saltwater pool with new electric heaters for both saltwater pool and spa, relax in the hot tub and or sit in the hammock under the shady tree. We have a private Fully-fenced in backyard, a BBQ grill, fully furnished with new mattresses, Linens and a fully equipped kitchen throughout the home. Each Bedroom is equipped with 40" TV's.
The family room is equipped with a new 50" Smart TV. We have the highest speed WiFi that Xfinity offers, so streaming and gaming throughout the home should be a breeze!
We have always looked forward to owning a private home in Sunny Florida. This is a special place for us to escape from our cold NH home. We look forward to sharing it with you and your family.

All your beach supplies are here waiting for you....beach chairs, coolers, ice packs, beach table, beach toys for the little ones, a beach wagon, umbrellas, shelling bags ! You don't even have to bring beach towels...8 towels are supplied! Near Ft Myers, Sanibel and other numerous beaches too! This home has it all. Not far from golf, restaurants, beach, boating and shops. If you prefer to stay in you can enjoy the screened in Lanai with heated salt water pool and spa...very private 6 foot fence around the yard. Board Games for the kids and adults too! All the conveniences of home.
This city has its share of annual events that draw a crowd. For example in November, the Coconut Festival showcases local bands and restaurants, plus carnival rides and fun contests for the kids. It’s a small town fair with more cotton candy than you can handle. A month later, in December, the Festival of Lights offers train rides for toddlers, holiday themed decorations, and a beautiful lights display. When the weather’s warmer, the Red, White and BOOM celebration showcases one of the most amazing fireworks displays in the country, as well as plenty of vendors, attractions, food, and patriotic, family-friendly activities.
Sunsplash Waterpark is great cheap fun for the whole family, The Shell Factory has a zoo, rides for the kiddos and great outdoor dining along with a huge gift shop that is reasonably priced. Top Golf is also an amazing experience for the whole family even non golfers.

Sakura Japanese makes a mean dragon roll and the drinks are amazing! The Boathouse will never do you wrong. They always have fans running to keep cool and music playing. The Bloody Mary there...is a must try! It is like a meal.

Nearby Matlacha is a small island that is uniquely its own. The colorfully decorated buildings, art galleries and Old Florida homes with their fishing boats just outside their doors, may remind you of the Florida Keys without the crowds.
If you're into nature, hike the six mile slough, a boardwalk over wet lands with alligators, wild pigs, snakes, birds, fish and turtles. A 90 minute drive to Everglades City for an air boat ride in the Everglades. Rent a boat for the day and explore the island beaches by boat. Go to Caya Costa Island with a picnic lunch, enjoy miles of beach without crowds. Rent a bicycle at Caya Costa and ride the trails on the island. Go to Ding Darling Nature Preserve on Sanibel Island , take the educational tram tour. Rent a bicycle and ride the bike paths on Sanibel island. Take a guided kayak tour through the mangroves. Go to Koreshan State park. Take the tour at Edison Estate. Have a picnic beach day on the causeway to Sanibel. You can drive right up to the waters edge on the beach. Terms & Conditions:-
The renter agrees to be responsible for all damages in excess of $800.00 which will be determined if necessary by arbitration. The Damage Waiver covers any 'Accidental Damages' to the interior or exterior of the property. The renter agrees that in the event of failure to agree by arbitration, proceedings will be held in the Lee County Court. After your departure, the accommodation is inspected by Housekeeping Inspectors. The accommodation must be left in reasonable and clean condition or extra cleaning charges may be imposed by an hourly rate. In the event that it is found that the accommodation incurred careless damages, requires excessive cleaning, or has missing items, the guest acknowledges and agrees their credit card will be debited to replace said items at the fair market price, invoices will be provided if necessary. Customer agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees and all court costs and expenses to enforce this agreement including appellate proceeds with or without legal proceedings.

In the event of cancellation, deposit refunds are as follows:
• 75% refund of deposit, if cancelled 120 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• 40% refund of deposit, if cancelled 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
• There is no refund less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date
REFUND POLICY:-
If a guest must cancel less than 90 days prior to the guest Check-in Date, and if requested by the guest, we will endeavor to re-rent the property for the dates the guest originally reserved.
