Description
Destiny is a dramatic 5-bedroom beachfront villa with 2 pools (full in ground and new infinity) on the hillside, above the fishermans’ beach in quiet Billy's Bay, Treasure Beach. It is elevated for optimal sea views, privacy, and sits on top 3/4's of a mile of untrammeled beach that is only reachable by gated pathways.
Destiny has recently been completely renovated inside and out with premium finishes, new infinity pool, expanded deck with multiple sitting areas to gaze out to the Caribbean Sea, as well as a 5th roof top bedroom.
Destiny provides sweeping staircases, inside & out, inspiring views, and always the sound of the waves. Gaze out to sea from the infinity pool and deeply shaded portico. Up on the roof are 2-bedrooms with access to a spacious "sun & moon lounge" providing a 360-degree view of the breathtaking sea and mountain skylines which invites sunbathing, dining, sunset & star-gazing -- or just curling up with a good book.
Off the seaside terrace and infinity pool is a spacious living room with scrolling hand-wrought ironwork doors, walls inlaid with glass, and comfy, inviting oversized furniture designed specifically for the house.
Destiny is a perfect getaway for 1-10 guests with 5 artful screened windows, A/C bedrooms, and 5 ensuite baths. Modern kitchen with new appliances, updated music/DVD/TV system, and WiFi connection for BYOB laptops.
There is also a large, sunny, fresh water, in-ground swimming pool and sunbathing area to the side of the villa. It is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, thatch shaded area, outside shower, 1/2 bathroom, mature trees, and manicured grounds with sea views.
Destiny's full-time staff, SHAN, and RITCHIE will accommodate your every need. SHAN prepares local cuisine and/or continental food for your breakfast and dinner (lunch upon request). RITCHIE is your go-to maintenance, pool, grounds, and security man.
RITCHIE can also help you access guides for boat tours to Sunny Island, Little Ochi, Pelican Bar, and/or on a Black River Safari Tour with CAPTAIN SHABBA.

1.) No smoking allowed inside the house. Smoking is only permitted outside.
2.) There are no pets allowed.
3.) Please do not bring food, drinks, or eat in the bedrooms as it will attract ants. Please eat meals and snacks at the various dining tables around the inside and outside of the villa.
4.) The bedroom air conditioners are available for use during the night but are locked off and not available during the day in order to conserve energy.
5.) There are 2 pools, a full-length side pool with a depth of 5 feet, and an infinity pool of 4'2". The pools are not fenced in. Please pay attention to young children. There are no lifeguards on duty at the pool. Swim at your own risk.
6.) Depending on weather conditions there may be rip tides and undertows at the beach. The staff will be able to tell you if there is a risk of rip tides and undertows and direct you to the safer areas of the beach where you can swim. There is no lifeguard on duty so please swim at your own risk.
7.) The sun is strong all year long so beware of heat stroke and sunburn. Stay hydrated.
8.) Please keep all gates locked and closed to prevent stray animals and strangers onto the property.
9.) There are cats and dogs in the area. Do not feed the cats or the dogs and do not allow them to enter the house.
10.) There are goats in the area. Do not allow goats on the property. Do not feed the goats.
11.) Non-registered guests are allowed onto the property for a visit but are not allowed to sleep in the house overnight without registering and paying.
12.) Please wash the sand off your feet before entering the pool and house in
order to keep the pool and living areas clean.
13.) Laundry service is available at a cost. Please inquire if needed.
14.) Please use coasters and hot pads on the wood tables to protect the wood.
15.) Please do not leave any food particles on the kitchen counter or sink as this will attract ants. Please rinse and/or wash the dishes if you are using the kitchen on your own and do not leave them dirty in the sink as they will attract ants.
16.) Please keep all food or snacks that you bring in sealed bags or containers so that ants cannot get into them.
17.) The tap water is potable. There is a Brita water filter available for your use. We recommend bringing empty reusable water bottles for use on excursions.
18.) There is free wifi available. We recommend using wifi for placing calls while at the Villa (FaceTime, Skype, WhatsApp)
19.) There is a Bluetooth stereo in the house. You may connect your phone to the speaker to play your own music. Please power down anything that is not being used to conserve energy. This includes the speaker, fans, kitchen appliances, and any other electrical appliances.
20.) There is a small book collection available for your use. Please return any
books that you read during your stay.

EVENT RENTAL RULES:
1.) The max number of guests is 35, including the guests staying at the villa.
2.) The rental fee is US$1,500 + a US$500 refundable damage deposit + bedroom rental of 3-nights.
3.) Additional staff gratuity for the day is required on top of general rental gratuity.
4.) Guests are responsible for all services food/beverage catering, rental of additional tables, chairs, plates, glasses, flatware, setup, and breakdown.
5.) For a gathering of 25-35, a portable toilet has to be rented.
6.) Guests are responsible for garbage removal.
